Motivation and Motivation Maps
Analysis of motivation and consequently built motivation maps allow us to create an effective system of motivation of employees and to assess the existing one.
We offer the motivational profile of employees regarding different criteria: importance, satisfaction and dissatisfaction with different motivators.
Methodology analyzes also the employees’ benefits.
