Change Management
Change Management projects are particularly suitable for companies preparing themselves for major changes (such as change of the ownership structure; change of the product/service portfolio; significant business reorganisation; etc.).
This project involves two stages:
- preparation - pre-change stage,
- anchoring - post-change stage.
At both stages we analyse the existing situation at the company in terms of important target groups (significant horizontal cross-sections within the company; significant vertical cross-sections within the company; customers; top-management...) and we are able to influence the entire change process by concrete proposals.
